Check The "Workshop Information Page"  for full details of the next meeting.

Photos below were taken during the"Hands on Rig Making Workshops

Many participants say they have learned more about how to really catch fish at these workshops than any they have ever attended.

The techniques learned at the workshops helped us bring back the Long Bay Artificial Reef Association Club Challenge Trophy for the Flounder Division.

Capt. Mike Helms showing his secrets on rigging for Spanish Mackerel at the May 15 session.

Everyone watches and tries it all on their own next.

If ya stop at McDonalds on the way, save those straws! They make excellent Spanish jigs.

There is more to it than just throwing some stuff together.

How to run plainers, weighted lines, live bait for Spanish. It is a science.

Some of our future fishemen had some questions for dad Erich McComb

Everyone watches with intrest, while thinking of how this is going to help the catch.

Ray Holmes, Dennis Clark, Doug Caldwell and others watch and wait for a chance to try out the techniques and tell some of their war stories too.

The next session should be on how to cook em.
