2012 COSFC INNER CLUB TOURNAMENT
Entry Form: It Works!
An honor system is used for entering fish into this tournament. Use this form to
enter your catch into the Inner Club Tournament. Just fill in the information
requested and when you press SUBMIT, A COPY OF THE INFORMATION WILL
AUTOMATICALLY BE SENT TO THE WEBMASTER FOR POSTING
However, members with no access to a computer can provide the Web Master
(either mailed or handed to the WM or a Club Officer at a monthly meeting)
a weight ticket or a manually filled out version of this entry form with similar information
so your catch be entered.
Member entry categories are: Youth Anglers (age up to 15 year), Lady Anglers, and Regular Members

The 2012 Tournament began 11/11/11 ends 11/14/12.
Posting of (2012) entries HAS BEGUN!
Certificates and or Plaques will be awarded at the Dec. Meeting.

Anglers Story: You can just type your story in or you can cut & paste your story from any text, like Word, Note Pad or even an email message you may have sent to friends telling them about your catch, just cut and past it below. You can read your story when you hit submit and it goes to confirmation page which is also sent automatically to Webmaster.
