2008 COSFC Entry Form
An honor system is used for entering fish into this tournament. This form is all a member needs to fill out and "SUBMIT".  However members with no access to a computer can provide the Tournament Chairperson (either mailed or handed to at the monthly meeting) a weight ticket or a manually filled out entry form with similar information to enter the catch.
The 2007 Tournament began 11/06/07 ends 11/012/08.
